Washington’s Landing: Information for Participants

Sunday, December 8 from 11 am - 3:30 pm!

Here is information to help you prepare for joining us. If you have questions, please contact us by clicking here.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS:

  • The date of this year’s event is December 8, 11am-3:30pm

  • The event will take place in Washington Crossing State Park on the banks of the Delaware (Google Maps: "Washington Crossing Bridge Parking Lot").

  • Washington's Landing will still take place if the Crossing rehearsal is cancelled due to weather or river conditions. If heavy rain or dangerous snow is forecast, we will reach out with a decision the day before.

  • You will be able to drive to the encampment/table site to set up and break down from 8am-10am, and after 3:30pm. Otherwise, the road will be closed to all but emergency vehicles.

  • Volunteer and partner parking is available at the Titusville School parking lot, with shuttle service provided. (See map below.)

  • Our volunteers can assist you with setup and breakdown.

  • Restrooms and a food truck will be available, as well as free hot cider.

  • There is no tabling fee.

  • Tabling partners will have a 12 x 12 area for your table, tent, chairs. If more space is needed, please contact us. We are unable to provide tables, tents or chairs, and electricity is not available.

  • You may sell products at your table. Unfortunately, selling food or drink is not allowed by Park regulations.

  • Because partner tents will be setting up on an asphalt parking lot, tent sandbags will be required if wind is in the forecast. We have some available…email us to reserve a set of four.
